Area of application

These Terms and Conditions apply to participation in all courses, workshops, events and performances offered by Sheyla Gómez

Conclusion of contract

• Registration for a course on this website is binding and obliges you to pay the full course fee.
• The course fee must be paid before the first lesson.
• The lessons take place according to the registration. We reserve the right to make changes.
• There is no entitlement to a reduction or refund of the course fee for missed lessons.
• Missed lessons can be exchanged for lessons of the same length within the same week or a week after but only if announced at least 24h in advance.
• Photography & Video Consent: To share the joy and progress of our dance classes, FIERAS occasionally takes photos or short videos during lessons for promotional use on our social media and website. We always ensure the content is positive, respectful, and focused on the fun of dancing! However, we completely understand if you prefer your child not to be featured. If you would like to opt out of photos or videos, please simply send a quick text or email to the studio, and we will gladly ensure your child is not included in any published media.

Participation and health

Participation in all courses, workshops and events is at your own risk. We recommend having your state of health assessed by a doctor beforehand, in particular in the case of pre-existing conditions, injuries or pregnancy. Please inform the teacher of any physical limitations before the lesson begins.

Right of cancellation

There is no right of cancellation for registrations made.

Final Provisions

Swiss law applies; the place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
