What to bring? High heels (it helps when there aren't extra platforms on the soul of the shoe) & knee pads.
How should I dress? I am fan of being comfortable since I want to focus on my training rather than in the loose string on my top, nevertheless I will always encourage you to get out of your comfort zone and explore your sensuality.

If you have an abo and you aren't able to take a lesson you can redeem the lesson in another day of the week as well as another week.
If there are workshops happening during the quartal you could also redeem the missing lesson with the workshops. Workshops usually take place during the weekends.
